About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
ExxonMobil is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Video Production Specialist & Photographer to join our dynamic team. You will work alongside our senior creative team to help produce compelling visual content, from shooting photos and videos to assisting with the final editing process.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative storyteller with exceptional technical skills in both videography and photography. You are a master of post-production workflows, with high-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and a deep understanding of photo editing software like Capture One or Adobe Lightroom. What you will do
- Set up and operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
- Support the post-production process by organizing footage, creating rough cuts, and performing basic edits and color correction in DaVinci Resolve.
- Help prepare and edit photo galleries, including culling, basic retouching, and color adjustments using Capture One and/or Adobe Lightroom.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new visual content.
- Learn and apply feedback from senior team members to grow your technical and creative skills.
- Assist with the tracking and organization of production gear.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video and photography projects
- A link to your portfolio is required for consideration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A solid working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for advanced video editing and color correction.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Capture One and/or Adobe Lightroom for photo editing.
- A good understanding of basic camera operations, composition, and lighting principles.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- An excellent team player with good communication skills who is receptive to constructive feedback and direction.
- Highly organized with a great eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Sony ecosystem (Alpha series cameras, CineAlta, etc.) is a huge plus.
- Experience with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects or Fusion.
- Experience with drone operation for aerial cinematography and photography (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus).
