Job Role Summary

 

The Lead Management Specialist is a key member of the market development team, responsible for supporting the brand initiatives and efforts around driving new B2B initiatives. In this role you will function as an extended member of the sales team and closely engage with the brand marketing team to help develop programs for lubricants products and services that can be measured by pipeline development and new business wins. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with proven success creating and/or supporting the development of lead nurture programs. This position is based in Spring, Texas and is part of the Marketing organization of the Fuels & Lubricants Company.

Job Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Work collaboratively across a diverse group of teams to help create, assist, and deliver winning lead generation and lead nurture campaigns in alignment with the annual strategic plan and goals
  • Maximize the use of marketing automation software to qualify and distribute Sales ready business leads
  • Create consistent and reliable reporting which results in the delivery of data-driven analytical insights on program performance
  • Clarify and document best practices, enabling the brand marketing team to create effective campaigns
  • Partner with the research/analytics and brand teams to conduct research and generate insights on market conditions, trends, competitor activity and opportunities

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Marketing Analytics
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in various marketing functions such as Lead Management, Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, and Marketing Research
  • Outstanding skills in various analytical domains (e.g. HANA, Tableau, Salesforce)
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com)
  • Experience leading successful nurture programs

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

 

  • Ability to dive deep into data, find meaning and deliver outcomes
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices and response optimization techniques
  • Experience with using data and trends to articulate business needs
  • Experience working with teams to achieve a common goal
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines
