About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
The LEAN Manufacturing Advisor will be responsible for leading and implementing LEAN manufacturing principles and practices across our organization. This role will focus on LEAN system structure, identifying opportunities for process improvement, reducing waste, and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LEAN methodologies and a proven track record of driving successful LEAN transformations.
What you will do
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Improve and maintain LEAN system
- Lead and facilitate LEAN initiatives and projects to improve manufacturing processes
- Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement LEAN tools and techniques, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
- Train and mentor employees on LEAN principles and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts
- Monitor & report on the progress of LEAN initiatives & impact on KPIs
- Identify and eliminate waste in all forms, including time, materials, and resources
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a LEAN manufacturing role
- Strong knowledge of LEAN principles, tools, and techniques
- Proven experience in leading LEAN transformations and process improvement projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- LEAN Six Sigma certification is a plus
