Job Role Summary


The Global Fuels Marketing Advisor is part of the global fuels brands strategy and standards team. This position serves as the key contact for the overall health and governance of the Brand and Product Integrity Management System (BPIMS) for Fuels. This position will also lead the group’s interface with the Commercial Marketing team and support for its ongoing brand marketing activities.
The Advisor will be based in Spring, Texas.

Primary Job Functions:


  • Lead BPIMS gap closure and BPI Assessments for Fuels Marketing
  • Primary contact for Fuels BPIMS network to ensure continuous monitoring and mitigation of brand integrity risks
  • Develop and execute global communication and training plan for BPIMS across the Fuels business
  • Ensure global development of brand strategy for the commercial fuels businesses
  • Maintain consistency in commercial marketing’s brand deployment and implementation across the various markets

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in marketing / communication or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with internal management systems and compliance tools
  • Experience across B2C and B2B marketing
  • Willing to travel internationally
  • Leadership / influence when working with individuals / teams without formal authority
  • Communication skills / working effectively with teams across functions and borders
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders

  • Initiative and self monitoring
  • Ability to interface and manage agency partners effectively
