Job Role Summary

 

The Global Fuels Brand Identity and Advocacy Advisor is part of the global fuels brands strategy and standards team. He / she serves as key contact for the development and compliance with the Brand Identity elements, in line with overall brand strategy and associated guidelines. The position will also be leading the brand(s) internal awareness and advocacy across the Fuels marketing organization. 
The Advisor will be based in Spring, Texas.

Primary Job Functions:

 

  • Support Fuels Marketing’s brand management by stewarding the creation and trademarking of brand identities (logos, taglines, etc)
  • Develop and appraise guidelines for the consistent execution of the brand identities
  • Drive improvement in fuels brand identities in line with overall brand strategy and market(s) application
  • Ensure ongoing and effective communication and training programs of the fuels brand standards and guidelines to drive awareness and advocacy amongst internal and agency audiences

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree in marketing / communication or equivalent work experience
  • Work experience with global brands
  • Work experience within or as key interface with advertising agencies / design and graphic firms
  • Leadership / influence when working with individuals / teams without formal authority
  • Communication skills / working effectively with teams across functions and borders
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Attention to details
