What Role You Will Play In Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced anti-corruption compliance expert to join our trade compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ExxonMobil’s enterprise-wide third party due diligence screening process designed to ensure compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and procedures designed to ensure adherence to FCPA regulations and other anti-corruption laws.

 

 

What You Will do

  • Lead centralized anti-corruption screening process for third party onboarding and ongoing due diligence across the global enterprise

    • Assist with maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of comprehensive FCPA due diligence compliance processes and procedures.

    • Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and updates related to FCPA and other anti-corruption laws.

    • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to enable company-wide compliance.

    • Provide expert guidance and support to business units on FCPA due diligence matters. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in FCPA compliance.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FCPA compliance, anti-corruption, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of FCPA, UKBA and other relevant anti-corruption laws.

• Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High ethical standards and integrity.

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Certification in compliance or related fields (e.g., CCEP, CFE).

• Experience in a multinational corporation or a global compliance role.

• Work experience in export controls and/or trade sanctions compliance or controls / risk management.
