About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executive leaders within ExxonMobil. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 15 years in executive-level administrative roles, demonstrating exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage complex schedules, confidential information, and high-level communications with discretion and efficiency.
The job location is Spring, TX (Houston Campus)
What you will do
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes documentation, and follow-up actions
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Assist with office management tasks, including vendor coordination, supplies procurement, and event planning
- Foster strong working relationships across departments and with external partners to support executive priorities
- Coordinate with field operations and engineering teams to align executive schedules with project timelines and site visits
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
- Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and senior leadership
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience supporting executives in the oil and gas industry, including familiarity with industry terminology and operations
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Experience in a corporate or global oil and gas business environment
- Familiarity with project management tools and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and act independently
