ExxonMobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.

 

We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. ExxonMobil provides customers and commercial markets in the region with ground transportation, industrial, aviation and marine fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow ExxonMobil lubricant business (sales, margins) through direct or distributor accounts for assigned markets or territories
  • Develop and execute account plans, and  coaching distributors on opportunity pipeline  across key sectors for sustained, profitable growth
  • Deliver on marketing and engineering offer consistent with established sales & marketing plan
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement pricing in line with revenue management strategies
  • Work collaboratively across integrated team to achieve business results while improving brand experience with customers and distributors

 

About you

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Preference for early career graduates with less than 6 years of work experience
  • Selling and negotiating skills
  • Influencing skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Capacity to learn, apply and adapt
  • Commercial intensity and result orientation
  • Ability to lead without formal authority
  • Engineering knowledge or background will be a bonus
