Sales & Marketing Process Advisor

Job Role Summary

Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of enablement programs, systems and initiatives in support of commercial sales and marketing activities
• Lead the selection, development, acquisition and deployment of new commercial support capabilities that meet internal sales and marketing clients’ needs
• Coordinate change communications, training and best practice sharing to drive user adoption of new systems, tools and platforms, and steward utilization
• Work with other internal commercial support organizations to ensure they develop/provide information and services to better support sales and marketing teams
• Support other commercial platform deployment activities and/or projects as required

 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical or Business from a recognized university
• Five to 10 years of working experience in the Chemical industry or other business-to-business commercial roles
• Proven track record in deploying Salesforce CRM in a global organization
• Prior experience in sales and marketing enablement or commercial improvement programs will be an advantage
• Effective interpersonal skills and experience working in virtual, global teams
