  Position Title: Retail Territory Manager

 

 

     

    What you will be doing:

   
  • Ensures compliance with policies and processes for Safety, Health, Environment, Security and Operational Integrity Management Systems; Controls; Product Quality; Site operating procedures and applicable local laws and regulatory requirements including closing any gaps as required
  • Monitor and enhance site operational and financial performance by developing site specific volume, revenue, gross margin, expense and RSOI targets for fuels, shop and other (e.g. car wash, lube bays, etc.) profit centers
  • Conduct regular and quarterly site and trade area visits and provide counseling, guidance and support to sustain superior operating and image standards and implementation of best practices and retailing tactics
  • Ensure on-site execution of customer service and fuels value proposition offers to deliver superior marketing, promotions and service
  • Support training and development needs for Site Operator
  • Lead and participate in periodic site operator meetings
  • Feedback market intelligence information on trade area and any on-site execution issues
  • Actively support site operator selection
  • Support administrative contracting and credit matters on exception
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and assist in risk assessments

 

 

 

 

 

     What you should have:

  • Open to fresh graduates, or experienced with a good understanding of retail/ services/ sales business
  • Adheres to high standard of business ethics with disciplined, organized and timely approach to responsibilities.
  • Effectively communicates with demonstrated interpersonal skills and team oriented approach
  • Able to negotiate and influence others without formal authority
  • Possesses strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to recruit/develop/train/coach/counsel dealers/other parties
  • Retail Site operations knowledge
