Position Title: Pricing Tactics Advisor

 

Description

  • Identify and drive pricing tactics optimization, and support revenue management 

           - Analyze market and competitive price movements in a highly dynamic pricing environment
           - Synthesize complex or diverse information to provide relevant insights to support revenue management decisions
           - Optimize general interest and maximize value chain returns
           - Oversees evaluation of deals/tenders/next-best-alternatives with aim of maximizing profit

  • Lead strategic pricing

           - Develop optimal pricing mechanism
           - Lead portfolio and channel optimization

  • Provides pricing subject matter expertise for pricing system and advanced analytics projects

           

Job Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Business from a recognized university
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Highly developed leadership, communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • A resourceful team player with good communication skills to contribute to team and company success
  • Strong problem solving ability: identifies problems; collaborates and innovates to develop alternative solutions
  • Innovative and strong critical thinking skills
  • English and local language proficiency, presentation skills and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Tableau Data Visualization and programming skills in Python, R or similar language would be a plus
  • Preferably 5-10 years of relevant work experience in revenue management, marketing, sales, analytics, finance, optimisation
