Position Title: Manufacturing Application Support Analyst


What You Will Be Doing
•    Apply existent design guidelines to develop, test, and install low to medium complexity software solutions, which could include scripting and some light coding
•    Provide solution and troubleshooting support
•    Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
•    Understand and apply Application Lifecycle Management, including requirements gathering, change management, release management and support models
•    Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
•    Deliver regular training to internal stakeholders such as the business teams 
•    Participate in Technology Introductions working with IT Organizations and Vendors on Proofs of Concept
•    Support global roll out migration (AP, EAME, US, Canada sites)


What You Should Have
•    A recognized university degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Science
•    Strong problem-solving skills as well as incident and change management knowledge.
•    Strong interpersonal, team working and collaboration skills.  Working experience coordinating activities with other support teams(infra-Structure and leading developers as example) and business clients
•    Innovative mindset
•    Understand on premise and Cloud technologies concepts (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, FaaS) 
•    Strong customer focus, expected to cultivate relationships, take ownership of problem resolution, and have the ability to juggle multiple projects/activities simultaneously.
•    Demonstrated leadership abilities, and have good written and verbal communication skills.
•    Good to have: 
     •  SQL Database, SQL Server, Cloud support (Azure), Cloud development (Azure), CI/CD, Windows server, Windows Task Scheduler, PowerShell script, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, API development, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL,  HTML5, JavaScript, Java applet, SQL queries, WebServer, SSL, IIS, TFS release management.
