Job Role Summary

Role: Lead talent strategies and deliver valued solutions that unleash the capabilities of ExxonMobil people to win


  • Analyze trends and metrics to identify business and people challenges, consider options, make recommendations and steward implementation to deliver on HR action plans
  • Leverage common HR processes to develop and deliver efficient and effective HR interventions and services (talent management, case management and policy interpretation) to support business strategy execution
  • Implement, lead and sustain leadership, management and supervisory effectiveness efforts while promoting diversity and inclusion to maximize employee and organization performance
  • As a trusted advisor, understand and provide recommendations or solutions to manage and resolve people matters
  • Proactively identify, implement and lead improvements to HR processes while incorporating external perspectives, analytic insights and technology to improve business performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal & external HR license to operate requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with up to 5 years of working experience
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Has strong collaboration skills, enjoys working with people and values team work
  • Resilient and adaptable; demonstrates courage of conviction to do the right and not popular thing
  • Intellectually curious
  • Strong analytical capability
