Job Role Summary

Responsibilities:
 
• Ensure process is followed for engagement of contingent workers
• Be the subject matter expert regarding existing regulatory environment and potential changes to understand financial, legal, and risk implications in the contingent workforce environment; implement appropriate strategies to meet requirements
• Develop and monitor Contingent Worker (CW) database - establish and execute transition plan with client
• Leverage global process and country-specific requirements to source new CWs, amend, or transition CWs to the process. 
• Ensure CWs are either sourced within establish ranges or sourced at competitive level based on prevailing market condition
• Maintain productivity tools, communication tools, forms and other required documentation for operations
• Monitor and communicate agency performance, including controls compliance and the identification / resolution of performance related issues, with management
• Conduct controls compliance reviews in accordance with the controls calendar; identify gaps and ensure gap closure as appropriate
• Identify cost reduction, process, and continuous improvement opportunities
• Capacity to be point of contact for process, system and team enhancement activities, covering for the near-, mid- and long-term requirements
 
Requirement:
• A good Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technical/science discipline) from a recognized university
• Customer service mindset – preferably a minimum of two years in customer facing role
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of business operations / challenges
• Owns, articulates, and advocates vision to client
• Strong leadership and communication skills (up, down, across organization) to ensure alignment
• Comfortable with uncertainty; ability to manage conflict – Possess change management and execution skills
• Ability to balance process consistency with flexibility / adaptation to regulatory environment and market change
• Strong Negotiation and Analytical skill; Influence and Persuasion skill
• Proven effective team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to monitor, develop/recommend and execute enhancement activities with solid project management skills will be advantageous
