Position Title:  Consumer Brand Advisor – South AP Lubricants

This is a regional role covering South Asia Pacific, and reports to the Consumer Brand Manager, South Asia Pacific Lubricants. 


What you will be doing:

  • Lead activation of Consumer brand strategy across South AP markets
  • Ensure sales and marketing teams execute programs and campaigns against Brand and Customer Experience positioning, standards and framework in local markets
  • Grow brand health and perceived value. Assesses brand health and recommends action plans to achieve business objectives
  • Support the development of customer experience expectations supporting brand promise 
  • Define market needs and responsible for brand innovation, including product roadmap and performance profiles, package, service and associated marketing claims in support of market plans
  • Support development of Marketing budgets
  • Drive consistent deployment of brand architecture, Guidelines and tools  (i.e. logos, colors, pack standards, rebrands, co-brands, etc.) in region
  • Responsible to develop MBU creative briefs as needed
  • Participate in global Networks and share/ leverage best practices, guidelines and toolkits 
  • Lead development of brand communications framework including digital elements
  • Ensure all activities conform to controls/compliance framework

  • Knowledge of Digital marketing
  • Experience in user journey, consumer research and//or data analytics will be an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of Brand/B2B2C/Consumer marketing experience or a related field.
