    Position Title: AP Program Advisor (Payment and Loyalty)

 

     

   What you will be doing:

   
  • Lead structural improvements to payment and loyalty program development and deployment that have a region-wide impact, consistent with consumer trends
  • Lead development of payment and loyalty partnership models, identifying future-focused partnerships and their implementation in collaboration with in-country teams to drive brand relevance
  • Lead development of payment and loyalty roadmaps with in-country marketing teams in line with brand strategy
  • Design different customer journeys in regards to the strategic target for each of the segments identified
  • Champion new projects that will create stronger partnership in line with our business goals
  • Drive best practice sharing, effectiveness and efficiency opportunities for loyalty, card and payment programs
  • Develop and manage relationship with key strategic partners
  • Work with in-country marketing teams to develop partnership plans to achieve business objectives
  • Work with in-country marketing teams for effective budget planning, program development, and stewardship
  • Drive program reappraisal framework and KPI reporting to support program performance
  • Derive market and consumer insights to support use cases for digital and data investment
  • Facilitate contract negotiation, management of risk and financial assessment and set up on-going business process for partnership eco-system

 

 

 

    What you should have:

  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing, analytics, project management and strategy development
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data
  • Demonstrated strong ability to build and manage relationships with regional teams, agencies and external strategic partners
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, customer journey and personalized marketing strategy
  • Ability to build business case to strategically develop and grow existing loyalty program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
