eCommerce Specialist

Job Role Responsibilities

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
e-Store, TP Management
     • Participate the coordination of the 1-year Sales and Marketing Plan and Marketing Calendar for eCommerce
     • Manage the marketplaces and eTailer stores’ operation through service providers (TP) to achieve profitable growth and an omni-channel approach to brand deployment
     • Manage eCommerce service providers (TP) including finance, marketing, customer service, logistics, compliance etc., assess the performance and conduct of TP, and adjust plan with joint efforts from cross functions
     • Implement online / eCommerce marketing programs with other ongoing Above the Line & Below the Line (ATL & BTL) activities
     • Engage with digital marketplaces / platforms (e.g. Alibaba / Tencent / JD.com etc.) and build relationship for additional collaboration and integration opportunities
     • Generate learnings and insights from program execution that can suggest / lead up to improvement both online or offline
     • Ensure controls and Brand and Product Integrity Management System (BPIMS) compliance in execution of marketing programs
     • Provide market data, observations, consumer insights, analysis and trends to facilitate strategy and initiatives development of eCommerce
     • Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework
 
DMP Management
     • Manage proprietary Data Management Platform (DMP) as custodian, to extract value of data to be applied across omni-channel
     • Generate consumer insights leveraging industry knowledge and strong analytical skills
     • Improve media buy efficiency linking DMP assets of Demand Side Platform (DSP) and Media side, through Programatic Media buy (RTB, PDB, or others)
     • Manage DMP vendor to integrate different sources of consumer data, including internal and external data sources, to be able to build up Mobil consumer pool within compliance framework
     • Handle ad-Hoc projects to generate insights/implications, including consumer understanding, product offer, planning, etc.
     • Provide data, observations, consumer insights, analysis and trends to facilitate strategy and initiatives development of eCommerce and general market
 
 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Computer science
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Good communication and strong team work skills
- Marketing experience and Digital Marketing knowledge required
- eCommerce marketing background preferred
- Strong analytical skill
