Sustainability & EV Manager - NAP MBU

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement China LVC (should include elements impacting BS)  sustainability roadmap
Responsible for over-all roadmap development and implementation, aligning with LVC (includes both FL and BS)focus on sustainability and China’s 30/60 ambitions, with related industry policies (advocacy work and ownership remains with EMRE Regional AP LT)
Prioritize MBU’s sustainability effort, and put forward resourcing suggestions
Coordinate and support specific in-flight and planned sustainability initiatives with both Consumer and Commercial marketing teams

Lead cross functional EV task force
Lead existing EV task force, on behalf of MBU and prioritize account / resource focus, with support from Consumer marketing team, PM, Sales and EMRELead the early commercial exploration of adjacent spaces and potential sustainability ecosystem collaborations
Align activities with Global FL Sustainability & EV Advisor

Work closely with P&GA and XFLT to develop sustainability communication framework and detail messages for China market
Lead interface for all China specific customer requests
Ensure all communication and acitivities are aligned thru the SIRP
Manage the message house with P&GA and Agency (Weber) for external communication and develop local RTBs across B/Us
Lead and coordinate internal communication on sustainability

Support supplier sustainability surveys (e.g. EcoVadis)

Work closely with P&GA and EMRE, on sustainability policy advocacy effort
Participate in advocacy meetings with government agencies and associations
Participate in formulating broad advocacy approach

•    Raise Sustainability knowledge and awareness across the MBU, LVC and broader China organization
•    Establish, implement and mature China LVC sustainability roadmap, including detail initiatives
•    Develop and enhance sustainability messages both internally and externally
•    Translate sustainability efforts into a winning proposition for EM China
