Job Role Responsibilities

 

ROLE STATEMENT: Provides recruiting, marketing and sourcing subject matter expertise to Recruiting team, Business HR and Business functions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Main source for local labor market intelligence, business and regulatory/labor environment insights, and competitive marketing practices
  • Support the staffing strategy and plan implementation for major business project
  • Collaborate with Recruiting team, Business HR and Business lines to identify needs, research/diagnose recruiting issues, share insights and influence internally & externally through the right channels/stakeholders; supports Business HR in the development of people strategy
  • Lead in design and review sourcing strategy with Business Lines to ensure alignment by evaluating and identifying sourcing channels, including universities and agent services etc.
  • Lead employer branding by ensuring employer brand proposition is aligned with business needs
  • Partner with global team to develop and leverage global framework to provide market insights, drive standardization and provide guidance in sourcing and branding
  • Lead engagement and mange relationship with target universities, local institutes and agencies

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Above 5 years’ experiences in HR recruitment
  • Experiences in project management and/or business partner are strongly preferred
  • Able to anticipate, understand and address business needs through an integrated sourcing and branding plan
  • Able to drive cross-team collaboration within and outside of HR organization
  • Effective communication in both Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Analytical, Strategic, Collaborative, Makes sound decisions,Courage of conviction and Focus on customers
