Job Role Responsibilities

  • Perform MSLA data review and analysis to assure the accuracy of test results. Find improvement or retest opportunities for Lab technicians to reduce internal recheck rate.
    Review quality activities conducted in Lab, including SQC, standard oil, blank and etc. Ensure all the quality activities are performed under requirement of QP&G and ISO17025.
    Coordinate the test priorities to meet the TAT target.
    Support Lab manager or Supervisors to improve laboratory procedures, test method, corrective action and any continuous improvement projects.
    Make sure relevant laboratory records complete and traceable.

Expected Level of Proficiency

Quality system management experience, esp. lab QP&G, ISO 17025 systems.
Ability to liaise with supplier representatives and keep abreast of latest analytical technology
Motivation, adaptability, and strong commitment to quality, integrity and safety.
English language skill especially written skill.
Bachelor degree or above in chemical relevant majors.
Considerable chemical related knowledge of the basic principles and laboratory applications
Working knowledge in laboratory techniques, equipment, terminology and procedures.
Expert knowledge of analytical methods and instrumentation used in all laboratory areas, and the ability to pass this knowledge on to others.
Good leadership skills with at least 3 years’ experience.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
