F&L Mobil Brand Experience Advisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Advance Mobil brand experience through working closely with Brand Marketing Teams in the area of brand communications, digital solution, eCommerce Marketing and creative brand experience offers
  • Lead the development of customer experience framework, including expectations across journey
  • Drive offer innovation via through understanding the needs and opportunities from B2B/B2C Brand Marketing and working closely with Digital team
  • Lead offers/options/initiatives and roadmap development for Mobil brand experience before handover to Brand team for execution
  • Develop MBU offer guardrails / framework, including Price, Product & Service offer guidelines for target customer segments in support of the Strategy and the business revenue growth plans, leveraging best practices and global offer framework, to ensure consistent deployment of offers within omni channel
  • Support BX Supervisor on omni channel activities by facilitating alignment on implementation within organization and in accordance with channel strategy designed by Brand teams
  • Manage program development expenses within agreed budget as appropriate
  • Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or Business Management
  • Digital marketing or EC background would be preferable
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in brand marketing and strategy
  • Good communication skills and strong team work
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Customer and innovation focus
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
