F&L Marketing Communications Advisor

Job Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Brand performance, i.e. Brand Awareness, Brand Attributes score
  • Identify media strategy between Brand Awareness and Purchase
  • Lead media campaigns for Passenge Vehicle Lubricants, incl. TV/OTV/Digital/OOH, etc.  
  • Develop data-driven campaign tactics and optimize campaign flow for data collection
  • Work with Research team to identify consumer insights and provide tagging advice
  • Support development of, and steward, Communications media and creative budget  
  • Provides input and support to develop and coordinate brand communications including digital elements and innovation opportunities
  • Supports development and execution of market creative brief including agency engagement
  • Oversee creative development and approval process for locally prepared content consistent with global brand guidelines
  • Appropriately manage relationships with Communications & Media Agencies
  • Contribute and participate in Brand Experience networks.  Leverages and shares best practice. Collaborate across business as required   
  • 5+ year experience in media planning and communications, preferably from media agency or in-house
  • Equip with solid media knowledge and planning capability
  • Familiar with programmatic buy tactics and 3rd party media eco-system, i.e. Ali, Tencent, Bytedance
  • Understand CDP basics and Research methodology
  • Understand the balance between Brand Performance and Purchase to drive a desired Brand Experience
  • Experienced in creative development and good sense for Brand consistency
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Team spirit
