F&L Digital Product Management Manager

Job Role Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of digital products, responsible for product roadmap overseeing, performance monitoring and improvement to strive for the success of digital initiatives implementation
  • Lead a team of digital product managers, providing guidance on products delivery, vendor management, internal team collaboration and career development
  • Address brand and customer experience gaps and business benefits that can be fulfilled by digital products and identify improvement opportunities
  • Oversight project planning, requests prioritization, products inter-dependencies and resource alignment
  • Reporting to China Digital Transformation Manager
  • Computer Science, Business, Management, Marketing or Engineering degree preferred
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferred
  • 8+ years of project management experience, ideally with Digital Product Management / Digital and Consumer Marketing experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Product Manager / Business Analyst experience
  • Know-how in digital trends, industry leading practice and local digital ecosystem
  • Able to derive insight and analytics regarding digital products pilot performance
  • Expertise in planning, monitoring and managing progress of multiple projects, including dependency management etc.
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and change management
  • Experienced in people management, team incubation, and performance stimulation
  • Able to define and track KPIs to validate digital products performance and business benefits
  • Experience in agile/scrum/lean development
  • Presentation skills, fluency in English is essential
  • Start-up experience preferred
