Job Role Responsibilities




  • Provide comprehensive and consultation support with regards to relocations into and within China which includes relocation compensation, policy, and immigration process consultation.
  • Collaborate with other departments, internal teams and suppliers to ensure that all Healthcare, Immigration, Life Insurance/Personal Accident, Pension, Share and Social Security aspects of the assignment are understood, communicated, documented and accurately processed to ensure compliance. This includes the interface with external party like government as relate to talent mobility e.g. immigration processes.
  • Assist Business Line management in understanding and implementing mobility procedures and policies. Provide support and guidance on the relocation program which includes new locations relocation setup.
  • Troubleshoot issues and participate in ad hoc projects as required.





  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, or other Business related fields preferred
  • Experiences 1-2 years in mobility related is preferred
  • Strong academic background or certain experience in a professional environment
  • Self-driven with good judgment and problem solving skill
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communications skills
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Able to interpret employment legislation, policies and agreements
  • Strong command in English (both verbal and written)
