What you will do

 

  • Perform as digital product owner to work closely with business and IT to develop product roadmap, and application architecture , build/iterate/operate digital platforms to align and empower business growth
  • Conduct ideation sessions with business process owners to define business use cases. Address optimization opportunities and manage product pipeline by closing collaboration with business departments
  • Work closely with business, data PO, architects to translate business requirements into detailed digital requirements. 
  • Drive and lead the delivery of business case, user stories with clear PI planning scope and timeline 
  • Guide the project development teams/vendors to design, architect, develop, integrate, & test solutions, and ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services following aligned and approved architecture design in agile/scrum environments
  • Manage complex solution development and integration in a fast paced, constantly changing dynamic environment
  • Report project status, foresee potential risks, identify dependencies and manage mitigation plan
  • Collaborate with business owners to conduct change management along a product management lifecycle that supports the business to  prepare, equip and support people through change adoption, including but not limited to develop work manuals, processes and playbooks for digital product adoption
  • Promote digital mindset, introduce internal/external best practices and accelerate use case scale-up together with business stakeholders to drive efficiency and deliver value

 

About you

 

Education: 

  • Bachelor or master degree 
  • Graduated from 211 universities
  • Computer science, software engineering, information technology, engineering or marketing preferred 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital product management experience
  • Past experience with digital solutions for commercial,  channel activation, sales & marketing tools preferred
  • Result-oriented, strong commitment to drive business value delivery through digital product adoption and utilization
  • Experience with change management, strong communication and interpersonal skill to facilitate effective cross-function collaboration 
  • Proven capability of vendor management and project based on Agile/Scrum/Lean methodology
  • Strong project management skills, expertise in planning, monitoring and managing progress of projects; PMP certificate preferred
  • Expertise in business and data analysis, able to identify key assumptions, design validation experiments, and refine products according to performance matrix
  • Familiar with digital relevant technology, UX knowledge & principles, and programming language 
  • Fluency in English is essential
