What you will do

 

• Perform as data product owner to build/iterate/operate data platforms 
• Conduct ideation sessions with business process owners to define business use cases and develop product roadmap
• Work closely with Users, digital PM, data architect, data engineer to translate business requirements into detailed data requirements
• Guide the project development teams/vendors to design, architect, develop, integrate, & test solutions, and ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services following aligned and approved architecture design in agile/scrum environments
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders on requirements prioritization to maximize value delivery through data product utilization
• Measure the project execution status and report
• Develop work manuals, processes and playbooks for data life-cycle management, data governance and product adoption
• Last but not leaset, promote data-driven decision making mind-set, introduce internal/external best practices (such as consumer portrait, A/B testing, funnel analysis, micro-segmentation, and etc.) and accelerate use case scale-up together with business process owner
 

About you

 

•    3+ years of hands-on Data Product Manager / Business Analyst / Digital Marketing experience
•    Past experience with big data, and other related fields
•    Strategic thinking to translate business strategy into execution
•    Result-oriented, strong commitment to drive business value delivery through data product adoption and utilization
•    Proven capability of vendor management and project based on Agile/Scrum/Lean methodology
•    Strong project management skills, expertise in planning, monitoring and managing progress of projects 
•    Familiar with data relevant technology (e.g. data model, ETL, tag & segments, recommendation engine, metrics & dimension design, BI, Algorithm) and programming language such as SQL/Python/R
•    Previous experience with data-driven marketing operation and familiar with marketing operation scenario planning
•    Strong communication skills with diverse audience, with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
•    Fluency in English is essential

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

 

Computer Science, Data Research, Statistics, or Marketing degree preferred
