F&L Data Product Manager

Job Role Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end incubation and implementation of data product lifecycle
  • Translate business requirements into a detailed and technical designs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-function stakeholders on requirements and prioritization
  • Measure the project execution status and report to Insight Studio Manager and other stakeholders
  • Realize MVPs use cases and explore new use cases for existing big data sets
  • Act as central data management officer for the lubricants business and be leading the effort of generating business insights from multiple sources of data and to drive business result

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience in marketing research or digital projects. Consumer data / big data analytics experience to generate business values and insights
  • Experience with tag management system/tag tree (tag database) development is preferred
  • Experience with event tracking in website, wechat mini program, App is preferred
  • Knowledge of algorithm and its application in modelling (e.g. recommendation model) is preferred
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, technology company or marketing research industry
  • Good communication skills. Strong team work. Good sense of business understanding
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
