Job Role Responsibilities




  • Identify digital transformation opportunities for the lubricants business to drive market competitiveness and improve business results
  • Drive business results through leading corporate-wide digital transformation projects for the lubricants business
  • Create and maintain digital scorecard
  • Act as central data management officer for the lubricants business and be leading the effort of generating business insights from multiple sources of data, including but not limited to marketing research data, business transactional data and eCommerce big data, to drive business results




  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience in marketing research, digital project management or consumer data / big data analytic skill to generate business values and insights
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in leadership position in FMCG or marketing research industry
  • Good communication skills and strong team work
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
