Brand Marketing Manager / Omni Channel Manager

Job Role Responsibilities




  • Drive China execution of the business brand vision and strategy
  • Establish brand positioning in line with Strategy and market requirements and be responsible for growing MBU brands health and perceived value. Assesses MBU brand health (including brand equity, etc.) and recommends updates to achieve business objectives
  • Support the development of customer experience expectations supporting brand promise in MBU markets
  • Responsible for MBU brand innovation, including but not limited to product roadmap and performance profiles, package, service and associated claims in support of market plans
  • Responsible to develop country creative briefs and Lead MBU development of brand communications framework including media & digital elements
  • Understand the influencers within the lubricant business ecosystem and manage the omni channel strategy to drive business success





  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or Business Management
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in leadership position brand marketing or omni channel management in FMCG industry
  • Good communication skills and strong team work
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
