JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Provide expert specialized technical and functional expertise to improve plant manufacturing processes initiatives and capital projects execution;
• Develop functional strategies and processes that align with business plan;
• Provide process control support during project development, design reviews, approval, installation, and startup;
• Ensure consistent engineering and operational best practices;
• Develop, evaluate and transfer innovative technology to the plant and maintain engineering standards and guidelines;
• Coordinate implementation of key manufacturing initiatives;
• Identify opportunities for increasing plant safety, operability or profitability that can be captured via application of process control technology
• Own asset utilization for the life of the equipment and act as training advisor for their usage
• Support Supply Chain Strategies Group in evaluating specific asset requirements related to major network optimization efforts
• Act as a global liaison with Plant Engineers and as focal point for key suppliers/technology
• Manage Best Net activities for areas of functional focus

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CANDIDATE

• Master degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear or Energy Engineering
• Age: 30 years max
• Fluency in English
• Full domestic/international mobility
