Join our new dynamic and exciting Sales Hub in Prague supporting ExxonMobil's European lubricants business in Europe. We own world-class brands like our famous Mobil 1 and maintain business relations with our direct and Distributor accounts including Original Equipment Manufacturers and well-known global brands across automotive, commercial and industrial sectors.

You will be part of the Sales team working independently with your customer portfolio, supporting growth within our current customers and developing leads to become new customers.

We provide job opportunities for both inexperienced and experienced personnel with a Sales interest. We dedicate significant resources and time to focus on developing your skills and personnel growth to allow you take further career opportunities within ExxonMobil.




  • You will be a Sales Representative and the independent owner of a portfolio of accounts and accountable for their volume and profit performance
  • Will work on lead management turning potential leads in to ExxonMobil customers within your region
  • You will be developed through an extensive training and coaching course to be a master in sales processes, brands, products and techniques to offer solutions to customers to drive profitable growth and support customers in their sustainability ambitions
  • Build relationships and develop clear priorities and programs with internal and external partners
  • You will work with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical, Operations and coordinating resources in line with external partner priorities




  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative 
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Fluency (Written and spoken) in English and Swedish
  • Strategic and commercial mind-set
  • Openness to development
