The Technical Help Desk team, being part of ExxonMobil Research & Engineering organization, supports the lubricants business of ExxonMobil. You will provide technical expertise and consultation on lubricants and their application to our clients in Europe. You will communicate with customers via phone, e-mail and emerging social media platforms. Strong knowledge of different applications, alternative products from competitors and brand excellence help us to support the success of the business.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Advanced English + fluent one of the nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer orientation
  • This position is suitable for both graduates and candidates with some work experience.
