The Technical Help Desk team, being part of ExxonMobil Research & Engineering organization, supports the lubricants business of ExxonMobil. You will provide technical expertise and consultation on lubricants and their application to our clients in Europe. You will communicate with customers via phone, e-mail and emerging social media platforms. Strong knowledge of different applications, alternative products from competitors and brand excellence help us to support the success of the business.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering is an advantage but not a must 
  • Advanced English plus fluency in French language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer orientation
  • This position is defined as entry-level and is suitable for candidates at early stage of their career.
