The Technical Help Desk team, being part of ExxonMobil Research & Engineering organization, supports the lubricants business of ExxonMobil. As a member of the team you will provide technical expertise and consultation on lubricants and their application to our clients in Europe. You will communicate with customers via phone, e-mail and emerging social media platforms. Strong product knowledge combined with deep technical expertise in variety of automotive, industrial, marine and aviation applications help us to support the success of the business.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Advanced English and French (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer orientation 
  • This position is suitable for both graduates and candidates with some work experience
