Job Role Summary

ExxonMobil BSC Czechia s.r.o is looking for an In-House Recruiter to join the existing In-house Recruitment team based in Prague and supporting Businesses in Prague.
It will be a definite term employment lasting until the end of the year 2018.

The In-House Recruiter is an exciting role with a remit to find and attract high quality candidates in line with recruiting strategy. You will be a trusted advisor to our team of Recruiters and will support in delivering a quality recruitment service to customers in your portfolio.

YOU WILL

- Market vacancies to maximize the attraction of direct applicants utilizing all appropriate channels including company websites, job boards, LinkedIn plus other social media and recruitment agencies where applicable.
- Closely work with customers to meet their recruitment needs in timely and cost effective manner
- Assist and support customers with training (i.e. TSI-interviews), workshops, etc.
- Advise customers how to build effective relationship with universities and streamline recruiting efforts in regards to hiring of fresh graduates and young professionals.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes and activities comply with country legislation, meet ExxonMobil health and safety standards, are fair and objective and offer equal opportunities
- Maintain good awareness related to marketplace trends, feedback to Center of Expertise peers and actively support Recruitment initiatives and Projects

WHAT WE NEED

Necessary
- Recruitment experience, ideally drawn from working either agency-side or in-house
- Customer Focus, attention to details, priority setting, ability to work in multicultural environment and to balance strategic and operational aspects of role
- Confident person who is able to facilitate meetings, challenge status quo, at ease in interacting with peers and senior management and be proactive to get customers buy in
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English is a must.
