The role:

We are looking for a responsible Procurement Management Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a variety of tasks for Procurement Lead Functional Manager and Management team. If you enjoy daily communication in foreign languages and you are keen on developing your skills within a multinational organization -> this might be the right opportunity for you.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Meetings and events organization, visitor arrangements
  • Travel & Expenses check and sorting out approvals
  • Ordering of office supplies, low value purchases
  • Stocking service points
  • Coordinating the records archiving activities for the whole department
  • Updating email groups, mail points, collecting and distributing all registered mail
  • All other ad-hoc tasks

Skills & Abilities:

  • University education preferred but not a must
  • No procurement knowledge needed
  • Previous experience as an admin assistant would be a plus
  • Ethical behavior
  • Fluent in English and Czech is a must
  • Well organized, pro-active attitude
  • Customer service mindset
  • Very good communication skills
  • Able to prioritize, flexible, hands on various tasks
  • Computer literate (Basic SAP knowledge required)  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel is preferred
