What role will you play in our team
We are looking for a experienced chemistry bachelor or master profile to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do
• Support that all expected QMS (at 3rd party service providers processes) are properly established, implemented, and maintained according to relevant standards. Provide guidance and support to 3rd party service providers in scope.
• Support planning and coordinating audits to assess the effectiveness of the expected QMS (at 3rd party service providers) and support identifying areas for improvement.
• Quickly respond to and manage incidents involving ExxonMobil products within the supply chain.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause of incidents.
• Prepare incident reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, including causes, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on incident status and resolution efforts as part of stewardship reviews
• Collaborate with risk management teams to enhance overall supply chain resilience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of incident management processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance incident response capabilities.
About You: Skills and qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate and resolve incidents.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze incident data and trends to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience working in either chemical manufacturing, supply chain operations and logistics, laboratory, or related industries.
• Proven experience in incident management, preferably within the chemical/Lubes industry.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or IATF.
