Join our Global Aviation Lubricants business and become part of a legacy of leadership within the aviation industry. We want you to be part of continuing that legacy within the European, Africa, and Middle East business team.




  • You will be the owner of a portfolio of direct accounts and be accountable to provide them superior technical solutions and be accountable for our performance with them
  • You will be the owner of a portfolio of distributors and be accountable for their performance and development within the Aviation business
  • You will master  ExxonMobil sales processes, technical offer, and customer benefits from our of products and services
  • Develop clear priorities and programs with internal and external partners to establish:
    • Strong collaborative relationships with customers and distributors
    • Innovative engagements with Marketing, Customer Service, Field Engineering and Operations to support enhancing the customer experience
    • Insights into market conditions emerging opportunities




  • Significant experience in the Aviation industry  (technical /procurement /maintenance/ engineering/ lubrication related experience) is a plus
  • Commercial / commercial related experience such as sales, procurement, or marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Fluency (Written and spoken) in English and French
  • Analytic, strategic and tactical mind-set
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Europe for business travel (up to 50%)
  • Ability to obtain visas for business travel outside of the European zone
