ExxonMobil PNG Limited is the operator of the US$19 billion PNG LNG Project, an integrated development that is commercializing the gas resources of Papua New Guinea. Our production operations include gas production and processing facilities, onshore and offshore pipelines and liquefaction facilities.
Our operations commenced in the middle of 2014 and we ship liquefied natural gas to customers primarily in Asia. Our operations have the capacity to produce more than 8 million tonnes of LNG annually.
We are proud of our strong record in PNG for providing support to local communities across a wide range of economic and social programs that continue to transform the lives of Papua New Guineans.
What role you will play in our team
ExxonMobil offers a cross functional development program that exposes candidates to a number of short assignments in different departments and disciplines in their first 2-3 years of employment. Candidates will be offered assignments that develop leadership capabilities as well as a variety of technical skills. We are looking for candidates that are excited about a broad career and the opportunity to learn from assignments that go well beyond their academic background.
The positions are based at Port Moresby Headquarters, Papua New Guinea.
What you will do
ExxonMobil PNG Limited is looking for students and recent graduates who are eager to explore management development job opportunities with us. These include assignments in Finance and Accounting, Public and Government Affairs, Information Technology, Human Resources and Procurement.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
Applicant to this program,
- Must be a PNG Citizen or PNG Permanent Resident with bachelor’s degree in any one of the following disciplines: Business Management, Finance and Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Journalism, Public Policy, Law or a similar Social Science degree.
- Must have completed their bachelor’s degree no earlier than 2021 (commence work in first quarter of 2025).
- Must be proficient in the use of computer and MS office applications.
Successful candidates will have,
- Excellent academic performance
- Exceptional leadership qualities
- Strong communications and problem-solving skills
- Experience utilizing in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
