Dedicated Customer Professional Finite Term

Job description

ExxonMobil Business Support Centre Canada ULC is looking to hire Spanish speaking Dedicated Customer Professionals (DCP) into our Moncton office. These roles are Finite Term positions (6 to 12 months).

 
As a Spanish speaking DCP, you will be responsible for handling customer service for a portfolio of customers based in North and South America in the area of order fulfillment.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, and acknowledge customer orders from order receipt through invoicing
  • Coordinate with sales, plants and carriers to coordinate order shipment, delivery, and resolve customer issues
  • Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor all pending orders to ensure that they are completed
  • Identify and propose solutions to delivery blocks
  • Act as first point of contact for customer complaints, claims, product returns and order related information
  • Maintain a strong business relationship for a portfolio of customers within a defined geographic/customer boundary
  • Assist with projects, initiative, strategic work items assigned by CS Management

Qualifications

 

Academic:

  • Ability to fluently speak, read and write Spanish and English
  • Graduated from a university or college program

 

Other:

  • Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic accounting and/or import/export regulations experience an asset
  • SAP experience an asset
  • Microsoft Office proficiency including Word and Excel and basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Access

Eligibility to Work in Canada
