ExxonMobil Business Support Centre Canada ULC (EMBSCC) Moncton is an affiliate of ExxonMobil, one of the largest corporations globally and a leader in the petroleum products industry – sold primarily under the Esso, Mobil and ExxonMobil brands. At EMBSCC, we are an integral part of a worldwide network of global business centres (GBC's) that provide supply, logistics, financial, technical, information service, and customer support for ExxonMobil’s global operations.  We have a diverse employee base representing numerous nationalities and serving customers in four languages: English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.  Our workforce is young, dynamic and welcoming.


EMBSCC is recruiting students to assign to a variety of positions across multiple departments in our Moncton GBC.  Work terms could include positions in the following areas: systems support, order fulfillment, accounts receivable, data management and treasurers.


Examples of job responsibilities:

  • Analyzing complex business problems to identify process improvements
  • Perform financial and risk analysis
  • Process benchmarking, streamlining and automation
  • Data analytics
  • Developing solutions to meet various customer services/ supply chain management needs


Qualifications

Academic: 

  • Enrollment in a University or College program in Business, Economics, Information Technology, Safety, Supply Chain Management or related field of study.
  • To be considered for employment, your most recent unofficial transcript(s) must be submitted with your application.

Other:

  • Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals
  • Demonstrate sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated individual able to work with minimum supervision
  • Maintain effectiveness in a changing environment
  • Well versed in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and short deadlines
  • Fluency in either French or Spanish is considered an asset

 

Start date: January 2020

 

Work term: 4 or 8 months

Eligibility to work in Canada
