What role you will play in our team

 

  • Lead exploration and development of current and new market segment and sub-region strategies.
  • Supports ADT chair regarding pipeline steward, including coordination, preparation and leading pipeline discussion with ADT members on an often basis. 
  • Work with field sales, application technology development (ATD), customer development (CD), supply and distributors as required to accelerate the market and development cycle times
  • Conduct joint customer visits with AMs and CADs to present marketing packages to converters, including but not restricted to SDTs, new product launch packages, marcom material, etc; advance applications development opportunities and assist with overall differentiated Product value selling effort
  • Assist in development of Value-in-Use and Value Calculator tool for LAMEX 
  • Supports ADT chair in the execution of Value Chain engagement strategy
  • Supports ADT chair participation in Regional Growth Team (RGT) with analytical reports
  • Develop/Steward realization premium by application or grade for target markets
  • Assist in development of Value-in-Use and Value Based Tool Kit in the priority segments
  • Develop/Steward realization premium by application or grade for target mkts
  • Provide guidance on pricing/premium targets align with VBTK
  • Complete competitive assessments and disseminate competitive intelligence
  • Participate in TAS projects as required typically as support for Marketing 
  • Assist in development of marketing led events like webinars or tradeshows as per deemed convenient
  • Lead development of marketing tools like case-studies, customer testimonials, marcom material as defined in the ADT Strategy.

About you

 

  • BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial)
  • Strong technical background and value selling experience 
  • Strong planning/business acumen
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to influence without formal authority
  • Bilingual (local language and English
