What role you will play in our team
Reservoir engineer for Kiz B
Location: Luanda, Angola
What you will do
- Conduct reservoir modeling, simulation and performance analysis
- Reservoir management to optimize recovery strategies
- Collaborate with geoscienties, production engineers and other stakeholders
- Support reserves estimation and reporting processes
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Engineer with 5-10 years in reservoir engineering with following techical skills and Soft Skills:
- Reservoir Simulation & Modeling - proficiency in software like interset, Eclipse, Mbal for reservoir performance prediction
- Reservoir management - Ability to optimize hydrocarbon through deplation plan strategy, VRR strategy and enhance oil recovery methods
- Reservoir Characterization - Understanding of rock and fluid properties and fluid flow behavior
- Production Forecasting & decline Curve analysis using analytical and numerical methods ( proficiency in OFM)
- Pressure transient Analysis- evaluating well performance and reservoir conditios
- Problem solving & Critical Thinking
- communication & collaboration
- Attention to Detail
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
