What role you will play in our team
Facilities Engineer assigned to a facility and will support offshore operations at BL15 Angola from the Luanda office, Torres Atlantico office.
What you will do
- Supports operating assets/sites (including Upstream, Offsites and Utilities);
- Perform Facilities optimization studies, field verifications, and early equipment sizing;
- Develop and maintain Heat & Material Balances, Process Flow Diagrams, and P&IDs;
- Participate in and contribute to facilities and systems reviews and resolutions as required, including P&ID, HAZOP;
- Support operations through facilities surveillance and optimization as well as facilities modifications using fundamental process safety concepts and risk management principles;
- Develop resolution plans for facilities performance deficiencies, bottlenecks and integrity issues;
- Perform real-time or long term facilities/process optimization analysis and, monitoring of key variables driving profitability;
- Participate in troubleshooting and facility incident investigations efforts;
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Engineering Degree;
- 3 years of experience minimum in Engineering roles, preferentially on one or multiple disciplines involving: Facilities, Integrity, Machinery;
- Capable of interpreting Process Flow Diagrams and P&IDs, cause & effect diagrams, and troubleshooting facilities issues;
- Experience with root cause analysis and incident investigation processes;
