HR Analyst

Job Role Summary

• Provide general human resources support to all the business lines and service lines

• Provide strategic planning and consulting support to business and functional management relating to organizational effectiveness and change management processes

• Drive change, influence the organization towards strategic approach to people development and management

• Partner with managers to solve organizational issues, champion performance management, support career development plans, personnel redeployment, recruitment & selection program and staffing plans

• Analyze & synthesize data, assess trends to develop appropriate responses to drive business solutions

Expected Level of Proficiency

• MBA or Technical / Professional degree

• Strong academic background with CGPA of 3.00 & above

• 3 - 5 years working experience

• Excellent people management skills with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build client relationships as well as a proven track record in positively influencing systematic change with middle and senior managers

• Highly articulate with good strong of the English language, problem solving skills, strong leadership and excellent analytical skills
