Retail Business Development Advisor

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Indonesia Retail Manager on market entry:
    • Insights on business development, sales and marketing
  • Key external interface on sales and marketing matters
  • Key internal interface within business line and support functions
  • Lead business development, sales and marketing activities
  • Develop sales pipeline with key customers & distributors
  • Implement local sales plan to meet annual Planning & Budget and marketing plan objectives
  • Manage positive and long-term business relationships with key customers & distributors
  • Support distributors by providing sales pipeline coaching and sell-out support to their staff
  • Develop sales contracting strategy and onboarding processLead development of Retail Operations policies/procedures
  • Support market studies and evaluation of potential channel partners

  • Good understanding of business development and sales
  • Strong Retail background/experience
  • Leadership and collaborative skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Influencing skills without authority effectiveness
  • Proven organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proven conceptual and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
  • Managing external interfaces
  • Willing to relocate across region

Competencies

  • Bachelor Degree
  • >3 years working experience
  • Preferred to have strong Fuels Retail background/experience
