What you will do

 

  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) for HCC Site Supply Chain, share GSC (Global Supply Chain) best practice and onboard new team members
  • Primary point of contact for China-1 & Improve Initiatives
  • Drive Improvement opportunities across all production units and lead alignment across GBUs (Global Business Unit)
  • Primary point of contact to provide consolidated view of inventory status for HCC Site Supply Chain raw materials. An example will be the AP Raw-materials inventory update for Covid-19.
  • Be the Cyber Security BCP (Business Continuity Plan) Champion and the custodian of the HCC Cyber Security & BCP Playbook
  • HCC lead for Site Supply Chain Community of Practice (COP)
  • HCC champion for MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and ERMO
  • Custodian of HCC Site Supply Chain periodic recurring activities such as refreshing the HCC Site Supply Chain WorkPlan calendar and Critical RMs-Playbook, developing the Supplier-Audit schedule for the year, and reviewing Procedures and JLAs
  • Develop & conduct the onboarding plan for HCC Site Supply Chain
  • Develop HCC Site Supply Chain Procedures and JLAs
  • Support the development of the workflow for DG (Dangerous Goods) Raw Materials
  • Support the development of Bill of Materials master data in GEMS and safety-stock values proposed by ERMO
  • Develop HCC Site Supply Chain WorkPlan calendar, Critical RMs-Playbook and CyberSecurity BCP Playbook

 

About you

 

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering or Logistics
  • Work experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, OIMS , Business Control, Trade Regulation, GPQMS (Global Product Quality Mgt System), CFB (Customer Feedback) etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively interface with third party service providers
  • Effective team player – have to work in cross functional teams consisting of members from service providers, site supply chain, technical engineers, quality engineers, business
  • Self-driven and ability to influence without authority
  • Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese
