About you

 

-    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
-    2-5 years of work experience in IT infrastructure setup and operations  
-    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, able to work independently and deliver under tight schedule
-    Strong analytical and collaborative skills
-    Good knowledge of IT in the operational/manufacturing environment 

What you will do

 

-    Ensures effective integration of EMIT projects within local environment;
-    Liaise with project teams/MSP to ensure implementation is feasible and compatible with local business needs and EMIT best practices;
-    Ensure local consideration are reflected in project scope and MOC (manage of change);
-    Deploy tailored MOC techniques to ensure that business value is derived from the implementation quickly;
-    Guide team (include MSP) to execute project in accordance to EMIT best practices, steward activity locally and provide local feedback/update to project team;
-    Helps identify process improvement opportunities across Service Delivery teams, project, and progress to enable it;
-    Bridges various project tracks and resources to share knowledge and experiences, enabling shared consciousness;
-    Ensure base support resource are trained to support service upon project completion.
