What role you will play in our team

 

HCC MOH physician provides MOH activities to support EM sites in China, including HCC, DTC, and may other sites. Report to China MOH country manager. 

 

What you will do

 

1. Core medical services

  • OH management
  • Injury Management
  • Interprets applicable laws and regulations related to occupational Health
  • Respirators use medical assessment
  • Medical diagnosis and treatment of work-related illnesses and injuries
  • Fitness for work assessment
  • MERP and first aid

2. Other medical support services

  • Travel Health advisor
  • Health promotion
  • Alcohol & Drug use policy support services 
  • Infectious Disease Outbreak Management

3. Internal interface 

  • Input to committees in company e.g., safety committer on health side
  • Serves as lead occupational health representative to interface with site management and SSHE professionals to address health and safety issues

4. External affaires

  • Build up relationship with local medical providers and local health authorities
  • Understands the process for arranging employees to complete occupational evaluations with an external provider

About you

 

  • Clinician certificate with at least bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years practice experience
  • Prefer chemical, oil company working experience
  • Prefer both MERP and OH experience
  • English language fluency - ability to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English 
  • Familiarity with local occupational health regulatory requirements
