What role you will play in our team


  • First point of contact for daily operation under assigned supply points, TPSPs and CAS on warehouse and overland transportation operation. 
  • Support warehouse and transportation activities (storage, handling, repackaging, trucking and logistic operations: where applicable) .
  • Drive TPSPs to meet or improve KPIs and cost associated to contract management. 
  • Be responsible for smooth and timely execution of day-to-day warehouse and overland transportation activities. 
  • First point of contact for CAS and TPSPs i.e. Warehouse Operators and Overland Carriers on operational activities.
  • Take lead or provide support to manage and solve operation issues with key stake holders i.e. TPSPs, S&OP, Procurement, and CAS etc. 
  • Monitor and troubleshoot warehouse and overland transportation activities in operation systems i.e.  Enterprise Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, or Warehouse Management Systems. 
  • Ensure to deliver Service Level Offering and steward TPSP on operation KPIs as well as drive TPSP operation performance.

  • Ensure individual compliance with Safety and Security rules and processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with all controls requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure operations are carried out flawlessly and in line with KPIs and meets Strategic Priorities 

Responsible for Warehouse Operations 

  • Lead weekly operation meeting with TPSPs on warehouse throughput and provide internal update accordingly. 
  • Work with cross-functional SC on the following activities: GEMS inventory adjustment, rebooking, order changes, logistics master data maintenance, super user for GEMS, WMS, TMS, support inventory month-end reconciliation, and month-end activities
  • Monitor operational metric of TPSP to enable smooth warehouse activities / operations.
  • Execute depletion of small lots, aged inventory, substandard, block/unblock stock with TPSP and internal stake holders.
  • Communicate logistic requirements to IPS to complete purchase order. 
  • Coordinate and reconcile Scrap material processes.
  • Handle CFB investigation for non-PRI/WPS and timely close out with TPSP
  • Manage TPSP IT access, annual review, and IT control checklist.
  • Drive process alignment, standardization, and improvement where applicable
  • Conduct annual refresher training and process health check with TPSPs.

Responsible for outbound loading activities 

  • Execute depletion of small lots, aged inventory, block/unblock stock with TPSP and internal stake holders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve freight forwarder instruction (FFI) issue with cross functional SC and TPSP
  • Work with cross-functional SC to release delivery block when loading capacity is fully utilized. 
  • Drive process alignment, standardization, and improvement where applicable
  • Conduct annual refresher training and process health check with TPSPs.

Other warehouse activities 

  • Provide weekly Loading Capacity status to respective parties. 
  • Coordinate with TPSP on plant transfer activities
  • Be a focal point to solve technical issue with TPSP on operation systems. 
  • Work with Power User / L&D Process Advisor, as needed.

What you will do


Responsible for transportation activities 

  • Daily monitor and troubleshoot of Transport Management activities (TM planning, freight order tendering, creation of delivery and shipment)
  • Be a focal point for TPSP and internal parties for overland transportation management. 
  • Share industry and logistic information with key stakeholders where applicable
  • Work with respective parties to manage unexpected events i.e. late/miss deliveries, alternate carrier, quantity change, other carrier’s issues or supply point changes etc.
  • Coordinate with carriers to facilitate exception handling like rush shipments, Admin and physical returns; follow-up to ensure the exceptions are executed correctly and successfully. 
  • Provide support on slot management (transportation) - booking and troubleshooting (interface with loading site and prioritize shipments).
  • Request proof of delivery (PoD) if necessary by CAS/customers.
  • Order Size Guidelines (OSG) maintenance including changes in carrier or in MoT. Monitor/coordinate of compliance with optimum quantity.
  • Route management and new freight rate process; new or revision.
  • Maintain Transportation Management master data related changes to DAS (transportation lanes and zones, vehicle resources, incompatibilities, business partners).
  • Systems interface: monitor and troubleshoot to ensure data flow completion across systems and related process issues. Perform testing of technical fixes and enhancements. Escalate the issues as appropriated. 
  • Lead or support Management of Change with respect to logistics strategies.
  • Conduct necessary trainings to EM internal parties on L&D operation.
  • Conduct annual refresher training and process health check with TPSPs.

About you


  • Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering / process or related major.
  • Experiences in fuel blending, tank farm, jetty & Oil moving process is an advantage.
  • Experience in international projects, multi-national companies or joint ventures is an advantage.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of industry standards and practices related to process design and safety.
  • Fluent in English.
