Job Role Responsibilities
Responsibility
- Establish and continuously improve incident management procedures and processes in accordance with laws, regulations and corporate’s requirements
- Provide expertise in incident categorization, notification and setting up investigation team according to laws, regulations and corporate’s requirements (IIHL, OSHA)
- Support or facilitate SSHE related incident investigation
- , Be the site owner of Corporate incident reporting system (IMPACT), provide training and guidance to employees,
- Steward and provide incident reporting, follow-up actions and cause-factors analysis to business team and site managementSupport or prepare the incident investigation report that to be reported to governmental agency
- Share internal/external SSHE related high value learning incidents and recommended practicesInterface and engage with governmental agency about incident reporting and case management
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering & Science (Chemical, Environment and Safety Engineering is preferred but not limited).
- National medium and above grade professional and , National Registered Safety Engineer qualifications
- Minimum 8 years work experiences in Petrochemical and process industry with operations and/or safety management roles.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
- Experiences in international projects, MNC or JV is an advantage.
- Effective communication, adaption in multi-functional and culture environment
- Familiarize SSHE relevant national laws and regulations
- Good computer database and analysis skills
